13. Enter and confirm a password and write it down for future. Click the Add User button.
14. Enter a username, select localhost.
15. Select a role
16. Enter passwords.
17. And click the OK button.
18. Click the Next button.
19. Click the Next button.
20. Click the Execute button.
21. Click the Finish button.
